Current Fee Information
To insure prompt service, please give your WSU Student ID Number and the graduation year of your most recent WSU degree on all correspondence, as well as when you contact us by phone. Remember to keep our office advised of any name or address changes. You can do this by updating your registration information on our web site at https://www.careers.wsu.edu/pfiles/

Annual Registration Fee
-- $40.00/year
- *initiates "active" status of file for a 12-month period; and includes ONE mailing of file. Currently enrolled students will have this fee waived until 6 months after graduation.
Placement File Mailing
-- $5.00/file
- PLEASE NOTE: All file orders must be paid in advance either by cash, check, money order, or VISA/Mastercard. When mailing in file orders, please make checks payable to Career Services. Files can be ordered over the phone from 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday with a limit of four orders per phone call. All additional orders must be made by fax, e-mail, U.S. mail, or on-line.
